Amami Brickoven is a young brand that was born from the union of decades of experience in the Milanese restaurant business and the brand Amami in Miami South Beach, whose vision is to find in this joint venture an enhancement of the international brand and quality that distinguishes it. The mission of Amami Brickoven is to carry a brand that introduces a new philosophy of food, bringing together the satisfaction of the palate and the respect for an healthy diet, ensuring high standards of quality. The concept and cuisine of Amami Brickoven is based on the exclusivity of its Pizza, on the quality of its fresh Pasta and on the genuineness of the authentic Mediterranean cuisine. An accurate use of high quality products makes the cuisine of Amami Brickoven something special and unique, with pasta and fresh homemade desserts, with different cereals and grains flours, such as kamut, used for the preparation of pasta and pizza, and characterized by a low gluten content and high digestibility. Amami Brickoven is a brand that already reflects its purpose in its name: the desire to pass to its guests the love for true Italian cuisine, exclusive and genuine, by bringing a taste of Italy around the world. The current Amami Brickoven was born on October 1st, 2013 by the entrance of new members into the existing reality of Amami Italian Restaurant in Miami Beach.
The family-run restaurant was initially started in October 2011 and ran by Matteo and Kristine, Milan born couple with many years of experience in the visual arts and tv production fields but with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine and hospitality. The purpose was to bring to Miami a model of restoration difficult to find in the U.S. and based on three fundamental factors: quality, service and price. This goal has been achieved over the years through the offer of the highest level of food cooked in the Italian tradition, with the use of high quality ingredients, offered in a friendly environment that makes everyone feel at home after a few minutes.
Mauro and Luca joined the project in October 2013 and are the current managers, both born in Milan with more than 10 years of curriculum matured into one of the most innovative restaurant brands in Milan, for which they have contributed significantly to the opening, launch and development of several stores, as well as the management of a storage center for the monitoring of foodstuffs and raw materials, which has allowed them to maintain the same high level of quality in all their shops. This has allowed also them to gain valuable experience in the restaurant business based on a high level of attention to the quality of raw materials, but especially focused on the respect to proper and healthy nutrition, especially for customers with food intolerances. The main delicacies that Mauro and Luca have in their curriculum are the oval yeast-free pizza and the pasta, both made with an exclusive mix of different cereal flours, and characterized by a low gluten content and by a high digestibility. Mauro and Luca have therefore transformed the "carbohydrate", which is essential for a balanced diet, but is at the same time considered the "enemy" to be avoided in many diets, into a pleasure to enjoy at the table of all their guests.
